I can't take the stairs because my right thigh had a sudden cramp. I was late again today. Aisah missed the bus while waiting for me. I lovee her shirt. It had a bleeding heart on the top left corner, a manipulated tree at the bottom and there's more design at the back. I didn't design the back of my shirt. I did a tree at the bottom corner, splashed and just merely painted a white portion with a round eye on it. The eye's interlinked with some twisted lines which somewhat is attached to the tree. There's a meaning behind my design. The tree portrays, that almost everywhere in Singapore, it could be found. Plus, Singapore is known to be Clean and Green. The eye represents one of the good governance's policy; being forward looking. Having the vision towards the future and aspire. Every class was supposed to select one representative for the best t-shirt design competition. Actually, I was chosen but when Mdm Kaur asked me what's the significant of my shirt, I just told her that it doesn't have anything to do with Singapore. If selected, I would have to stand infront of the whole school and be judged by the judges. So, lucky Umairah was chosen instead..hahah. Miss Yong liked my shirt but she actually mistaken the eye for an octopus..sigh. Nonetheless, I fancied hers. It's just splats of white paint with badges of "I love Singapore". It's simple but I find it cool. Anyway, Umairah wanted to buy my shirt but I refused to sell it to her or anyone for that matters. The overall celebration was pretty overwhelming. Even the teachers joined in the fun. Creating waves and dancing to the beat. I have to say that National Day Celebration 06' is one of the most greatest event in the school. After that, Aisah and I watched The Lake House. Starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock..wee! The movie was ohh so romantic and sweet.
